Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development B2B professional to join our team. The business developer will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with businesses to drive sales. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting research on target markets, making presentations, initiating, and managing strategic partnerships, and closing deals. You will investigate, analyze, and negotiate deals with potential customers to identify win-win outcomes. Additionally, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture new opportunities and exceed revenue goals. The role also involves creating and executing marketing campaigns, as well as building a network of contacts to increase visibility and generate leads.

In this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be a highly organized problem-solver, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be driven, have an eye for gauging customer needs, possess an in-depth knowledge of the industry, and stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities in target markets.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential customers.
  • Contact potential customers to introduce products and services.
  • Make presentations and close deals with prospects.
  • Developing and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Generating new business leads through targeted outreach, marketing campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends, and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback on product development based on customer needs.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers to maximize retention and increase up sell opportunities.
  • Analyzing sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote brand awareness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or similar field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be a resident of Alexandria.
  • Strong command of the English language.
